Shipping Policy: *Order by December 21st for delivery by Christmas*
U.S. domestic shipping charge is $5 for any order.
Express shipping is not currently available.
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS at our discretion.
APO cutsomers, please use the regular U.S. order pages.
International customers must use the separate international orders page.  International shipping and return policies are explained below.
All shipments are usually made on Monday and Friday, for both U.S. and international orders.  Orders placed by 1pm EST on Monday or Friday will ship the same day.  International orders with "First Class" shipping may take up to seven business days to ship, as explained on the "International" ordering page.  In the case of Paypal check payment, shipments will be made after the check clears.
Return/Cancellation Policy (U.S. orders):
There will be no charge for regular orders cancelled before shipment.  Any credit card charge already made will be refunded in this case.
If anything is unsatisfactory, THE CUSTOMER MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN TEN CALENDER DAYS OF RECEIPT.
In the unlikely event that anything arrives damaged (or a significant flaw went undetected), a return shipping label will be provided at no charge.  Replacements will be shipped at no charge upon receipt of the return or upon receipt of a documentary photograph.  We inspect and package the cups very carefully and have lost well under 1% of cups shipped due to shipping damage.
All attempts have been made to accurately portray the cups.  If, however, you are not pleased, you may return for a full refund, including the shipping charge (policy excludes custom glazed or custom decaled orders*).  Returns MUST be in original packaging, or equivalent (double boxed), and are shipped at customer's expense.
*Due to the irreversible nature of the ceramic firing process, custom glazed and custom decaled cups are not returnable.
